Couldnt be more satisfied with how this was handled and the speed in which it was

Denver and his assistance did a great job. clearing block kitchen drains and checking out the main pipes in the communal building. they were really efficient and very considerate leaving the place clean and tide. I have used safe house early February. Sam was as helpful. coming out late night emergency to clear pipes. office is also good at keeping client up dated.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Safehouse Maintenance Services have been extremely disorganised throughout what should have been a straightforward mould remediation issue.

The engineers themselves were generally polite and helpful, but the company’s internal communication and coordination have been very poor. A mould issue first inspected in February 2026 is still unresolved months later due to repeated misunderstandings about the scope of works, incorrect trade allocation, delays, and poor communication between appointments.

On one occasion I waited at home all day and only discovered near 5pm, after chasing them myself, that the engineer would not be attending until much later that evening.

To their credit, the tap repair and silicone replacement were eventually completed successfully, and the remaining issue has now finally been identified as requiring a glazier rather than a plumber.

Overall: courteous engineers, but frustratingly poor organisation and project management.

I found this company completely unreliable and their service highly unprofessional. They could not stick to any timeframe. I was told the engineer would call 30 minutes before arrival, but no call was made. As my boiler had broken down, I had to go to my parents’ house because it was cold. I mentioned this multiple times to the staff and was reassured that the engineer would contact me.

The company then called saying the engineer was at my property, but I wasn’t there yet. I informed them I would arrive in 20 minutes and was reassured again that the engineer would wait. When I returned, the engineer had already left and was “coming back soon.” After an hour, I called again and was told the engineer had taken another job and would be another 2 hours.

overall experience was absolutely a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Incapable of fixing a boiler for two weeks, and incapable of sticking to a plan for visiting because of attempting yet another fix doesn’t suit the driving route of one of the engineers.

They definitely do not talk to one another because I have been receiving calls from different people from their office about same issues, they often cancel appointments, or forget about them!! Haven’t had one appointment that’s gone well. They should be reported to someone for incompetence.
